Founder and owner of Fifth Dimension Fitness (Formerly Rosencutter Ultra Fitness & Performance), Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, a PRT (Postural Restoration Trained) practitioner through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), a Full Body Level 2 Active Release Techniques (ART) Elite Provider and a Certified BioForce Conditioning Coach. He also has extensive training from multiple other avenues of study and modalities including Rockblades, Neurokinetic Therapy and Selective Functional Movement Assessment to name a few.
Nick had the great privilege of studying and earning his degree in the nationally reknowned exercise & sports science program at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. Nick has worked under some of the most respected and sought after trainers and specialists in the world and has helped clients of all varieties reach their goals, look better, feel better and perform better; including youth to Olympic level athletes, those looking to shed fat and even those with disabilities. Realizing the profound impact that hands on therapy can have when combined with the right training, he also graduated with his diploma in massage therapy from the highly renowned program at Lakeside School of Massage Therapy.
Prior to opening his facility in July 2012, he spent extended time interning at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training, which was named one of America’s Top Ten Gyms by Men’s Health, spent hundreds of clinical hours working with both athletic and general populations in UW-L’s strength centers; lead youth fitness programs; worked with employees of ORC Industries in their wellness center, provided in home training for clients and worked with a multitude of clients in multiple gyms and training facilities. During his time in Greenfield, Nick has worked with leading players from Franklin High School’s consecutive state champion baseball teams, Greendale High School Football, St Francis and Milwaukee Fire Department, Pettit Speed Skating, competitive lifters and figure athletes, golfers, mma fighters and hundreds of others ranging from Olympic athletes to multiple serious fat loss and pain syndrome clients. His facility has now been open for over a decade, and in addition to working with clients in the gym, his team also heads up the strength and conditioning programs at Greendale High School and Pettit Youth Speed Skating. Nick also provides ART manual therapy treatment at Vilter Manufacturing, Masterlock, AOA Orthodontics and SC Johnson for company employees.
Athletically, Nick is a competitive powerlifter with multiple state records and titles and has been training in the trenches himself with a hybrid of powerlifting and bodybuilding work for over 20 years. His current best lifts include a 701lb deadlift, 552lb squat and 437lb bench press as a 198. He is also a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt and loves spending time on the mat in a addition to the weight room.
He has authored articles for various publications including material for the reknowned Bulletproof Back and Knees and Complete Core Fitness and STACK magazine, has been a featured writer for Elitefts and is a contributor/co creator of the third edition of the world reknowned Muscle Imbalances Revealed series- Assessment and Exercise. He has been featured on Fox 6 News, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and has presented for various organizations including the NSCA and Mabas Fire and EMS conferences.

Outside of his professional life, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Emma and cat Whiskey and enjoys hiking, traveling, collecting/listening to vinyl, watching movies and attending concerts.
